Great, friendly staff. Service is prompt. But $190 or so an hour for labor is excessive. In the last year we have noticed a big increase in repair costs. I have been a customer for 30 years. Look at your labor charges.

Figured out our coolant leak and replaced the bad parts. Kept me informed along the way.Professional work at every step ! I have learned to expect nothing less.... MC

Very kind. I initially went to the wrong location (whoops!) but they still had me in and out very quickly. It was just a tire rotation, but they didn’t bust any lug nuts. 5 stars!

Excellent and quick service with a battery replacement.

Always there for me with great service

The customer service and level of communication were outstanding. The team members were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

I have had Reno Vulcanizing do my repairs for our company along with my personal vehicles for a number of years. Always done correctly the first time. Michael S

Exceptionally knowledgeable. Quick service for a reasonable price. My alignment went well and I was only there 40 minutes.

I’m very grateful for the service provided by your staff from the initial phone appointment through completion of service. I was a vendor at event over Labor Day week and had a breakdown. I feel like your staff bent over backwards to get me scheduled, repaired, and back on the road. A sincere thank you.

It was great. As always. They are professionals with their customer service. Definitely call here before ever going to the dealership!

always honest, always communicating and a great place to bring your vehicle in for any and all needs!

Always friendly and reasonable. Have no issues with their service. I am reasonably knowledgeable about cars and haven't been treated like a "dumb woman" or feel I have been given unnecessary or 'fake' services. Trust them with all my cars.

Reno vulcanizing is the first and only place I go to for car service. Always genuine and extremely helpful. They are the shop I always recommend to friends. They’ve been helping our family now for generations. Can’t go wrong choosing them.

We recently had new wheels and tires installed on our Dodge Ram dually. That shop was unable to balance the new wheels without using balancing beads. That made for a very unpleasant ride. Reno Vulcanizing, fixed us right up. Ricardo evaluated the situation first and could see why the other shop may have had troubles, so he wasn’t sure if they could do it either but they would try. They called us 2 hours later to come pick it up. We are very happy with the results. Ridin’ smooth again!

First class service. Thanks so much 👍😊

After installing brake pads that turned out to be defective… Ken resolved the problem with installing new brake pads at no expense to me… Thank you Ken.

Maynor is very polite, explained any options about service, and made certain l was satisfied.

The Manager Roberto and his entire team were amazing. It was a very busy morning there, but I was greeted immediately by Bonnie and she took great care of me start to finish. I couldn’t be happier with the service and our new set of tires!

Reno Vulcanizing is fantastic! Thank you Mike and staff for taking care of me and my car and making me feel safe on the road! A very secure feeling when I’m on the road. Thanks!!!

Professional customer service. Questions answered a great model of a fantastic business. I will always go back when I need work done.

Fixed the problem and there was no attempt to “up sale” on unnecessary services. Greeted professionally. Second time there. I will definitely recommend you to others. Found issue with air filter which I agreed needed replacing. Thanks for quality service.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first bringing my vehicle here, but I had a friend that reached out to them for other reasons and really liked their honesty and the amount of communication that they give their customers. Ken was my service advisor and hes been extremely good with communication, what happened, provided pictures of the issues and everything for actual proof of why they recommended the services needed on my truck. I normally take my truck to the dealer just because, but it was always a struggle. Would definitely recommend Reno Vulcanizing.

I've been using them for about 20 years and never had any problems.Great service and great people

Fast and courteous work.Great job.Done on time with excellent results.

Reno Vulcanizing on Prater has always been the kindest group of mechanics we have ever had the good fortune to work with. Having dealt with many not so great mechanics it is such a breath of fresh air to have such a great team on our side. Thank you guys so very much!!!!

Juan is amazing. He takes excellent care of my car. He's fast, organized and very knowledgeable.

After multiple phone calls to quite a few places, Vulcanizing auto diagnosed the. Heck engine light issue within a few hours and had the necessary part replacement the next day. I appreciate it.

I've been a customer since my first car! Love Reno Vulcanizing! They're not done until it's done right!

5 star customer service with an attitude of gratitude. Such a pleasure to have confidence in the auto repair world!

I requested help on a Saturday, my ac was not working. Reno Vulcanizing got me squeezed in and work completed by 3:00!.

We trust them. They get it right every time we bring one of our vehicles in. They tell us what we need without upselling.

Excellent service, called Friday night and Ashley got me in the next morning at 8AM. Fast and great service, in and out in less than an hour. Great time out there, Ty Ashley!

I had a nail in a tire. I stopped in to make an appointment, but they could repair my tire right away. They have great service!

Always friendly and honest. The job gets done quickly and it’s the only auto repair I use.
