Great service at first we went to one of their branch and no availability spots and the representative called their one of the other branch they got us the appointment. It all went well all staff is very helpful I will highly recommend good year Reno Vulcanizing. They won’t leave you hanging. Thank you

Came with a hole in my oil filter freaking out about losing my engine. They were able to fit me in right away as I’m not from Reno and was on the road. I really appreciate you getting me in and saving my Truck. Front office person was super friendly. Tech who worked on my truck was also super nice and knowledgeable.

Reno Vulcanizing always gives great, professional and friendly service at good prices. I really like the extra, no charge Vehicle Health Report which lets me know if there are any issues that need fixing now or soon. I feel very confident with the service and confident that my car is working properly.

A wonderful place with wonderful people. The guy I met is the great grandson of the original owner, and you can tell he takes pride in his family legacy. Its not the cheapest place, but it makes up for it with care, honesty, and attention to detail.

As and out of state buyer, I arranged with the auto dealer and Reno Vulcanizing for a pre-purchase inspection. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. I went in for a slow leak. Turns out there was a nail in the sidewall of my tire (they provided me a photo of it), so Roberto proposed several alternative tire options. I shopped around other dealerships, but Reno Vulcanizing matched the lowest price and since I had gotten my original Tesla replacements from Reno Vulcanizing and was pleased with them, I chose Michelin Cross Climate and am very pleased with them so far. Not sure yet of the range aspect, but they are quieter. Thank you, Roberto!

Had Mike the master mechanic and AZ work on our Toyota Pickup 1994. Had to have Mike come and listen to my rear brakes which were squeaky when I depressed the pedal. He immediately knew what it was and was hilarious when I suggested: “You see I am not crazy!” Well, in the genuine family atmosphere at Reno Vulc he said, “Well, that remains to be seen.” I love these people because they are so good at car stuff (I am absolutely not!), I trust them 100% and we have good laughs everytime I see them. Thank you all for being so kind and personal and then also having fantastic expertise.
