My deepest thanks to Reno Vulcanizing Works in Sparks, Nevada for their outstanding problem-solving abilities and their dedication to integrity in their business practices. When an unforeseen catastrophe occurred during a routine tune-up, the manager, Juan, worked to correct the issue by replacing a major system in my vehicle, at no charge to me. Neither the company, nor I, saw this catastrophe coming but their ownership of responsibility proved their commitment to their customers’ satisfaction. It is with the utmost confidence that I recommend Reno Vulcanizing Works in Sparks, Nevada for all future automotive needs.
