Reno Vulcanizing – Plumb Ln

We recently had new wheels and tires installed on our Dodge Ram dually. That shop was unable to balance the new wheels without using balancing beads. That made for a very unpleasant ride. Reno Vulcanizing, fixed us right up. Ricardo evaluated the situation first and could see why the other shop may have had troubles, so he wasn’t sure if they could do it either but they would try. They called us 2 hours later to come pick it up. We are very happy with the results. Ridin’ smooth again!

Honestly, I was skeptical at first bringing my vehicle here, but I had a friend that reached out to them for other reasons and really liked their honesty and the amount of communication that they give their customers. Ken was my service advisor and hes been extremely good with communication, what happened, provided pictures of the issues and everything for actual proof of why they recommended the services needed on my truck. I normally take my truck to the dealer just because, but it was always a struggle. Would definitely recommend Reno Vulcanizing.
