5 star customer service with an attitude of gratitude. Such a pleasure to have confidence in the auto repair world!
During my last oil change, it was brought to my attention that my brakes were needed to be replaced. Made an appointment and was told it would be about 2 hours. They missed it by 20 minutes. LOL
Great service and very professional staff.

Been going here for 10 years. Fair prices, great attention to detail, intuitive customer service and portal accessibility, and upfront honesty. Shout-out to Juan at the Sparks location, he is the primary mechanic for my car. Thanks so much, guys!
Had a four wheel drive warning light flashing on my 2007 Tacoma. Mechanic determined the rear differential had inadvertently been engaged, he pushed the rear differential control button which solved the problem. I was not charged for this service. That is why Reno Vulc has been in business for all these years. Thanks again guys. Mark
Excellent place to take your vehicle. The staff is very knowledgeable and honest. My gf used them with her previous vehicle and I just started taking mine there. The company I work for also uses reno vulcanizing for our fleet vehicles. Highly recommended
