The customer service at Reno Volcanes is well above the current American standard for any business. They are more than helpful, extremely kind and accommodating, very professional and knowledgeable. I will go back there time again and will recommend them to everyone I know.

On [date], I took my truck to [tire shop name] for a tire rotation service. I was informed that the rotation had been completed. However, upon checking the vehicle, it was clear that the tires had not been rotated.

I brought this issue to the attention of the staff and later spoke with the manager. After I pointed out the issue, the tires were then rotated properly. This indicates that the service was not performed as initially claimed.

While the issue was eventually corrected, I am concerned that the work was misrepresented and only completed after I raised the concern. I believe this situation reflects poor quality control and a lack of transparency.

All employees were very friendly and facility was clean and comfortable. I bought 4 new tires and they walked out with me to make sure I was pleased with the tires they installed. Also, I like to,support local owned businesses.

A good experience as usual with work done correctly and timely at a fair price.
