The service staff were fantastic. Answered all my concerns. My appointment was handled on time, car was serviced and back on the road in great time.

I had a slow leak in one of my tires. I went to Tires Plus on N. McCarran and they told me that the leak was coming from my TPMS sensor. Mind you, these tires are new and I bought them online. They also weren't programmed to my car yet. They told me that they could program them and that I need new ones. Quoted me almost 700.00... Yeah... No.

I told this to a friend of mine and they referred me to Reno Vulcanizing. I called them to tell them the same thing. They told me the TPMS will cost a little over 400. Much better.

I scheduled an appointment and went there the next day. Told them the situation again and a gentleman walked out to my car with a device and programmed my TPMS... So I didn't need new ones!!! But the problem was still a leak. I left the car with them and went back to work.

They called me about an hour later and told me it was done and it cost me only 28 DOLLARS!!! I paid it and left a tip for their speedy mess and honesty. I'm extremely happy with their service and will be going there again.

I called this woman at this establishment at the front desk. I did not have an appointment. She was very joyful and courteous and said bring it on in. I can get you in at 10 because I had an appointment at the VA hospital and I was there and got out at 9:30 so I shot over there and as soon as I brought my vehicle in and they serviced it. They took my vehicle in before 10 o’clock.I can only assume that the whole other staff that works there is Very tentative also. I’ve never had more efficient and expedient service like this when it comes to my tires and I’m 65 years old.. Thank you, Goodyear. And to the woman at the front desk that helped me please don’t ever change.

Are you kidding, my tire rotation was free? What a wise investment in trust. I love the environment and 'culture' at Reno Vulc. Partly the iconic building and casino row setting. I'll be back for more service on this new to me vehicle.

I want to thank Reno Vulcanizing Auto Care and Tires for quickly adjusting my headlights without an appointment! The shop is conveniently located downtown, and the staff is very friendly.

I took my car in for a inspection and the technician found out that my car didn't need work that another garage said I did. And while on the lift they rotated my tires for free. If you have any type of issue with your car and need a mechanic, I will promise you that if you take it anywhere else rather than to these guys I will petition to have your license revoked for being irresponsible.
