My starter went out last night middle of night! Have a 10 month old and 3 year old had to act fast. Had my truck towed to them. They had it done within first 5 hours of the day!!!! Outstanding and trustworthy service. I came in for an oil change and advised the techs of a metal on metal clank noise when I go over bumps. I let them know that I shook some things around and was unable to find what’s wrong and asked them to take a look while they were under the hood for the oil change. The found the sway bar to be loose. They were completely trustworthy with the fix! I asked if anything seemed damaged from being loose and they said it all looked good and just needed to be tightened up, which they did at no extra charge. They absolutely could have done the typical mechanic shop thing and suggest I replace all the parts involved but they did not try to upswell me on parts I didn’t need. This is why I’ve been using them for years! They also sent me a link to see proof of service! Things like photographs of my air filter, diff oils, etc. which was cool!
