I went in for a slow leak. Turns out there was a nail in the sidewall of my tire (they provided me a photo of it), so Roberto proposed several alternative tire options. I shopped around other dealerships, but Reno Vulcanizing matched the lowest price and since I had gotten my original Tesla replacements from Reno Vulcanizing and was pleased with them, I chose Michelin Cross Climate and am very pleased with them so far. Not sure yet of the range aspect, but they are quieter. Thank you, Roberto!

Had Mike the master mechanic and AZ work on our Toyota Pickup 1994. Had to have Mike come and listen to my rear brakes which were squeaky when I depressed the pedal. He immediately knew what it was and was hilarious when I suggested: “You see I am not crazy!” Well, in the genuine family atmosphere at Reno Vulc he said, “Well, that remains to be seen.” I love these people because they are so good at car stuff (I am absolutely not!), I trust them 100% and we have good laughs everytime I see them. Came with a hole in my oil filter freaking out about losing my engine. They were able to fit me in right away as I’m not from Reno and was on the road.
