Honestly, I was skeptical at first bringing my vehicle here, but I had a friend that reached out to them for other reasons and really liked their honesty and the amount of communication that they give their customers. Ken was my service advisor and hes been extremely good with communication, what happened, provided pictures of the issues and everything for actual proof of why they recommended the services needed on my truck. I normally take my truck to the dealer just because, but it was always a struggle. Would definitely recommend Reno Vulcanizing.
